The aim of the project is to create universal sensors for vehicle detection. Sensors must be installed in the ground or under the road surface. Must operate under adverse climatic conditions. The design of the sensors must be modular.
Project funding:
Financing of R&D Projects for National Defense Needs (No. KAM-06)
Project results:
Two versions of universal sensors block have been created -above-ground, which works when installed near the road, and underground, which is installed in the soil or road surface. The sensor unit detects passing vehicles and classifies them. According to the classification results and the functioning algorithm, the block activates the impact measures connected to the block. A modular structure has been developed that works in adverse climate conditions. The created prototypes are expected to be commercialized
Period of project implementation: 2020-03-01 - 2020-12-07
