The aim of this project is to prepare for commercialization a CONTINUOUS DOSING DEVICE FOR SUBSTRATES FOR PROGRAMMING MANAGEMENT OF BIOPROCESSES.
This device is designed to accurately and continuously supply the feed solution to the bioreactor by cultivating a culture of recombinant proteins. The device consists of four main components: a pump, a balance, a gas mixture analyzer and a control program. The plant meets an essential need: to achieve quality biomass cultivation by assessing both the quality and rate of the biomass growth.

This research project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund according to the 2014–2020 Operational Programme for the European Union Funds’ Investments under measure No. 01.2.2-MITA-K-702 “Promoting the Commercialisation and Internationalisation of R&D”.
Project results:
A pilot batch of the device for the market has been fully developed and tested by potential users. An evaluation of the newly created product has been performed.
