Until December 1, we invite you to submit applications for the international ERASMUS+ with traineeships grant.
An internship abroad is a great opportunity not only to gain international experience and expand your professional knowledge but also to travel, discover another country, and, most importantly, learn about yourself! To participate in the ERASMUS+ with traineeships grant, you must submit your application along with a company invitation letter until December 1.
Not sure where to start? We’ve prepared a plan for you:
- Prepare your CV and cover letter. You can register for a consultation with a KTU career advisor through your student profile on KTU AIS. During the consultation, you will receive useful tips and assistance in crafting the perfect CV and cover letter.
- Search for an internship position. Students must find their own internship placements, but we always recommend taking advantage of the university’s support: consult with faculty staff, alumni, career mentors, or choose from the Catalogue of Traineeship Offers Abroad.
- Send your CV and cover letter to the selected organizations.
- Upon receiving an invitation for an internship, submit your application for the ERASMUS+ traineeships grant. (You can find the application form here: Traineeships – Kaunas University of Technology | KTU).
- Start your traineeship with Erasmus+ grant!
The minimum internship duration is 60 days (10 weeks of professional practice), and the scholarship ranges from €700 to €824 (depending on the country you are going to). By agreement with the organization where you will be interning, you may also receive additional compensation.
