Youth is ON- Nordic/ Baltic Trainee Program
As a trainee you will get great introduction to our business and organization, our customers and their needs. Practical exposure is alternated with trainings and assignments. You will begin to contribute to Schneider Electrics success and simultaneously gain experience, develop your skills and reinforce your knowledge.
Our Sales track will have a commercial direction and focus to understand our customers’ core business and strategies and find ways how Schneider Electric can add value to them.
This year, we are targeting our recruitment at Sweden, Norway and Baltics.
What background do you need?
We are looking for qualified new graduates or still studying Masters Degree in Engineering, Automation, Physics or similar field. We want you to be result orientated, entrepreneurial, open-minded and with a compelling interest for energy management and efficiency. Your strong interest in business helps to ensure that we add value to our customers and to Schneider Electric in everything we do.
It’s necessary that you are fluent in English and in the native language of the country that you apply to.
When does the next Trainee Program begin and how do you apply?
Next Trainee Program will start in autumn 2016.
